Our restaurant La Maison is open to hotel guests and outside guests wishing to spend a pleasant and gourmet moment.

The kitchen is defined by the use of products from the local market, worked according to rule book Always in a dynamic of sharing and simplicity, the menu offers traditional dishes highlighting the richness of the Norman soil.

Also, find a mix between land and sea: fish rillettes, warm sardines, Norman cochonnailles, beef rib… All the good values of a warm cuisine with a selection of wines from French vineyards chosen with love.
